Dining

Nutritional needs are coordinated by an on-site registered dietitian to provide our residents with freshly prepared nutritious meals.  Two dining rooms (Green Leaf & Arbor Court) are available to enhance the dining experience.  Green Leaf dining room is available to those with special dietary needs and those requiring nursing assistance with their meals.  Arbor Court dining room is open to those who require minimal assistance.  Meals are served restaurant-style, allowing residents to make selections that suit their preferences.  Menus are designed to reflect traditional and local tastes.

• Monitoring of weight loss, weight gain, and meal consumption
