Arbor Court Residents’ Pancake & Sausage Dinner

Arbor Court residents will be treated to a traditional German supper followed by BINGO. All residents will be enouraged to participate. The supper will consist of potato pancakes and sausage, applesauce, and doughnuts.

Community Pancake Day Races
Feb 12 @ 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm

It’s Mardi Gras at Magnolia Terrace! Anyone may participate but bring a partner because this “race” is done in pairs. There is no running involved. Participants will be competing for a chance to win money and are encouraged to wear Mardi Gras attire. Attire includes the Mardi Gras colors purple, green, and/or gold and non-offensive accessories like beads, masks, and hats.

Community Cake Walk
Feb 13 @ 8:30 pm – 10:00 pm

Residents and their families, staff, and visitors are invited to walk for a cause. 25 cents buys you one walk for a chance to win a baked good. Refreshements will be served. All proceeds go to the American Heart Association. If you would like to donate a baked good, such as cake, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, etc., please bring it to the Activity Center anytime before the event on 2/13.

Oak Hill Summer Celebration

Arbor Court and Magnolia Terrace are each hosting their own Summer Celebration.

Arbor Court will have music by Forrest Bevineau, aka The Singing Sheriff, at their “Summer Hummer”. Those in attendance will enjoy freshly made homemade ice cream with “all the toppings” available. Also, the 2013 Resident Council healthcare scholarship winner will be announced. This will all take place under the pavilion.

Magnolia Terrace will be celebrating on the patio, located off of the Pear hallway. Strolling accordionist, Larry Hallar, will be entertaining while residents enjoy homemade ice cream made without an ice cream machine*. Contact Stephanie at 939-0500 x1459 with any questions.
