We will sure miss our dear friend Ed Nobbe this year.  In honor of him, his love for John Deere tractors and especially since he’s the reason we began the annual tractor show, this event is held in his memory.

In Loving Memory of  Ed Nobbe, a man who touched many lives.

Bring your pooch in for a fun filled time with residents, staff, family and friends.

Examples of categories being judged by the residents and awarded are: Best Dressed, Most Obedient, Craziest for Toys, Most Glamorous plus 11 more!

Every dog is a winner and will take home a prize.

Waterloo Municipal Band Concert – Sponsored by Oak Hill

Enjoy a sweet treat in more ways than one – hearing the Municipal Band and getting free ice cream while enjoying being outdoors on a summer night.

Senior Jubilee

Flashback 50s Pic

Come “Flashback to the ’50s” at this year’s Senior Jubilee. Seniors will enjoy free admission to over 40 booths – free health screenings, answers to your financial service needs, information on Assisted, Supportive and Independent Living facilities, Home Health, Hospice and many more informational booths. There will be giveaways, attendance prizes, and much more! Some booths will be giving away complimentary snacks.  Stop by the Oak Hill booth for fresh popped popcorn. 

If that isn’t enough, Elvis will be in the building from Noon-1 and sounds of the ’50s from Lynn Wellman, “The Piano-man” from 10-11 a.m.

Chicken Dinner and drinks will be available to purchase.

Older American’s Month Kickoff Celebration

February 2016 marked 65 years that Oak Hill has offered skilled care to older American’s in our community, making this year’s Older American’s Month Kickoff Celebration that much more special.  Oak Hill offers a wide variety of care from senior living apartments to Alzheimer’s/dementia and therapy.

We would love to have you join us as we celebrate our older Americans.

Complimentary music and refreshments will be served.

Come see our pinwheels on parade – pinwheels will be lining our pavilion and other outdoor areas.  Those in attendance will be given their own pinwheel to take with them.
