To the staff at Oak Hill,

My family wants to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional care our Dad received while he was a residents from April 28^th thru May 18^th. He was truly anxious to return to his new friends there once released from the hospital. However, God had other plans for him. But he really loved your facility, staff and fellow residents. Thanks for making his last weeks comfortable and welcoming
